FrenetiCore is pleased to announce FrenetiKids, a free after-school dance and theater program for elementary aged children in
Houston's East End.

Begun in September  2010, the FrenetiKid’s mission is to provide local area children with free dance and theater classes that will:

    -           nurture a community of creativity and a healthy outlet for emotion

    -           provide a fun, non-judgmental environment to learn dance/theater techniques and skills

    -           explore concepts and build performances through games, improvisation, and collaboration

    -           give kids the opportunity to develop a performance from start to finish, with guidance
               from their teachers

    -           encourage a lifelong interest in the arts

    -           show students that practicing dance and theater is fun!

Our classes, taught by experienced and professional teachers, Mallory Horn (Dance) and Rob Brunson (Theater), emphasize
building confidence, creativity, and team-work skills.  Students  participate in various dance and theater activities that focus on
developing creativity, spatial awareness, listening, leadership, rhythm, and cooperation.

The summation of the year’s program provides students with an opportunity to perform a year-end presentation of dance and
theater for a live audience of family, friends and the community.

If you know a great kid that could benefit from this program, please email
rebecca@freneticore.net.
