Intern with FrenetiCore!

Intro

Recent college graduates, current college juniors/seniors, and graduate students are eligible to apply! Those accepted will receive the professional, on-the-job experience needed in today’s job market by working directly with and assisting our office staff. University credit is available.

Marketing Intern
Assists the Marketing Associate in promoting programs, assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans; cultivates media and community partners/sponsors; assists with special promotions; assist in the creation of press releases and other promotional pieces; assists with the creation of in-house programs; distributes promotional materials; assists with maintenance of FrenetiCore’s social media; assist with managing the donor database; provides occasional house management duties; and other duties as assigned. Technical knowledge of the craft of dance is not required, but passion for the arts is highly encouraged.

Theater Management Intern
Assists with keeping the theater, lobby area and restrooms clean; data entry; rental organization; occasional ticket and concession management; and other duties as assigned. Technical knowledge of the craft of dance is not required, but passion for the arts is highly encouraged.

Technical Intern
Assists in the construction of scenery and/or costumes, setting up seating, equipment and stage sets, loading and unloading equipment, installing lighting equipment, possibly sewing costumes and creating accessories. Technical knowledge of the craft of dance is not required, but passion for the arts is highly encouraged.

Administrative Assistant Intern
Duties include maintaining office organization; ordering and sale of merchandise; assists in maintaining organizational development; fundraising efforts; marketing plans; assists with the promotion of the company. The knowledge of Microsoft Office, good time management skills, and the ability to work autonomously are all a must. Technical knowledge of the craft of dance is not required, but passion for the arts is highly encouraged, and a strong work ethic and desire to succeed is absolutely necessary.
