Board of Directors
Katie Jozwicki - President
Katie Jozwicki started volunteering at FC the first week she moved to Houston in August 2010. She is
originally from Boston and has also lived in California and London. She performs improv comedy with
the New Movement Theater and sings with the Bayou City Women’s Chorus. As a breast cancer
survivor diagnosed at age 31, she is highly involved with young adult cancer advocacy, especially with
First Descents. Oh and yes she has a day job in Business Development at Chevron. Katie says “I love
FrenetiCore, I knew from the first night I volunteered that this place is good people, and amazing
shows!!! I am so happy to be able to contribute to the growth.”
Robert Thoth - Vice President
Thoth co-founded FrenetiCore Dance Theater in 2000 and has since been creating film,
narratives, and music for dance. Thoth's work with FrenetiCore has been deemed
controversial and maligned by the conventional dance community due to its dark content,
subversive undercurrents, and use of graphic/psychological violence. Thoth is a self-styled
composer, multi-instrumentalist, filmographer, writer, graphic designer, and new-media artist.

Robert grew up in Houston and received a BA in Art & Art History ('92) and an MBA (2008)
from Rice University. A traveler, Robert has lived and worked in Seattle, Portland (Oregon),
Los Angeles, Northampton (Massachusetts), Milford (Connecticut), and Tampa. He currently
lives in Houston and works as a sourcing specialist for Southwestern Energy. Robert blog
about visual art, primarily in Houston called The Great God Pan Is Dead,
